   • b. Sold waste has become a global problem in the world whereas toxic, hazardous and nuclear waste is most dangerous to human, animal and aquatic life; what are relevant laws, policies and management?
8. Write brief note on the following:
   • a. Whether wetlands are important sites of biodiversity in Punjab? What are the National Parks in the Pakistan?
   • b. Mr. Zahid was convicted in violation of Punjab Hospital Waste Management Rules 2014 by the Hon’ble Punjab Environmental Tribunal Lahore, in the year 2015 and Mr. Zahid was again convicted on recurrence of same offence in the year 2017. What is the punishment provided for the offence; whether Mr. Zahid Could be convicted on the commission of offence under Hospital Waste Management Rules 2005 in the year 2017?
